Call Centre Coordinator (Arabic-speaking)

About the role

Barraquer Eye Hospital Dubai is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Call Centre Coordinator to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage patient appointments, and support doctors with clinic scheduling. The role requires professionalism, clear communication, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls promptly, following scripts and hospital guidelines.
• Coordinate with doctors to schedule clinic slots, including walk‑ins and emergencies.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments and send reminders.
• Provide accurate information on services, doctors, insurance coverage, and packages.
• Follow up on no‑show patients and perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare call centre environment.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in a call centre or patient coordination is preferred.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency.
