Call Centre Executive (Lead Generation)

About the role

GTA Cars, a leading premium car dealership in Dubai, is expanding its sales support team. We are seeking a Call Centre Executive focused on lead generation to drive inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new leads.
• Qualify inquiries and arrange showroom visits or callback appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or telesales environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in the automotive or real‑estate sector is advantageous.
• Energetic, confident and target‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
