About the role
GTA Cars, a leading premium car dealership in Dubai, is expanding its sales support team. We are seeking a Call Centre Executive focused on lead generation to drive inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new leads.
- Qualify inquiries and arrange showroom visits or callback appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track follow‑up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or telesales environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive or real‑estate sector is advantageous.
- Energetic, confident and target‑oriented.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.

- Basic salary of AED 5,000 per month.
