Certified Personal Trainer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Enhance is seeking certified personal trainers to deliver one‑on‑one fitness sessions across the UAE. You will work with clients in homes, gyms or outdoor locations, using our Enhance Fitness app to manage bookings and track progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions tailored to each client’s goals and abilities.
• Use the Enhance Fitness app to schedule, reschedule and record sessions, ensuring an organized workflow.
• Prepare session plans in advance and communicate location and timing details to clients.
• Provide feedback, motivation and guidance on workout techniques, nutrition and healthy habits.
• Collaborate with the Head of Trainers for schedule updates and professional support.

Required profile

• Accredited personal training certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Sports/Physical Education.
• First Aid certification and EBBF registration.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ethical conduct and ability to listen to client needs.

Required skills

• Ability to design and deliver effective personal training sessions.
• Proficiency in using mobile applications for scheduling and client management.
