CGO - Account Sales Executive

About the role

Atos is looking for a dynamic Account Sales Executive to expand its footprint in the UAE, focusing on new‑business generation and client relationship management within the public sector, especially in Abu Dhabi. The role will involve driving sales targets, managing offers, and negotiating contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing public‑sector accounts.
• Own the sales pipeline, ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets and manage incoming orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Lead the full offer process, coordinating customer requirements and internal approvals.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to assess risks and craft winning proposals.
• Conduct contract negotiations, delivering solution‑oriented responses aligned with approved frameworks.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Background working with public‑sector clients in the UAE.
• Experience with system integrators is essential.
• Strong negotiation and client‑advisory capabilities.

Required skills
