Channel Performance & Evaluation Specialist

About the role

The Channel Performance & Evaluation Specialist is responsible for delivering actionable insights that improve branch throughput at ADIB. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, support monitoring, evaluation and governance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, enter and monitor data to ensure high quality, create pivot tables, charts and visualisations for KPI reporting.
• Prepare and validate monthly incentive calculations, automate checks, and maintain documentation of validation processes.
• Support annual performance appraisals by gathering, cleaning and presenting performance data, and develop dashboards for individual and branch reviews.
• Apply predictive modelling and basic descriptive analysis to enhance branch targeting, revenue generation and customer experience.
• Automate reporting workflows using Python, Alteryx, Power BI or SQL and maintain the efficiency of automated systems.

Required profile

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in English and solid understanding of financial concepts and ratios.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and adapt to procedural changes.
