Chat Operator (Remote, UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Chat Operator to join a fast‑paced, fully remote team supporting a large‑scale online platform. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will monitor AI‑assisted conversations, intervene when needed, and help improve the quality of automated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and monitor chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to ensure smooth interaction flow.
• Intervene in chats to clarify tone, improve response quality, and support users.
• Track, evaluate, and analyze communication patterns between users and AI agents.
• Assess AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and inconsistencies.
• Report technical or content‑related issues for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate supporting content (images, videos) aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined work approach.
• Good understanding of user behavior, empathy, and basic customer psychology.
• Interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent written Russian and good command of English.
