The ideal candidate will lead the kitchen team in crafting authentic and innovative Greek dishes that delight guests and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine a menu highlighting traditional and contemporary Greek cuisine.
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff to maintain smooth operation and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Control inventory, sourcing premium ingredients characteristic of authentic Greek flavors.
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Monitor kitchen efficiency and implement improvements as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef, with a strong focus on Greek cuisine.
• Comprehensive knowledge of authentic Greek recipes and cooking techniques.
