Waiter/Waitress – Guest‑focused Service

About the role

Join Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah as a Waiter/Waitress and deliver warm, professional food and beverage service. You will create a welcoming experience for every guest while supporting the smooth operation of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer enquiries and build positive relationships through attentive service.
• Know the menu, recommend suitable options and identify upselling opportunities.
• Complete opening and closing duties, keep the outlet clean, organised and ready for service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and refer unresolved issues to the Team Leader.
• Monitor supplies, minimise waste and assist with equipment inventories.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety procedures and attend required training.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Previous food and beverage service experience in a four‑ or five‑star hotel (advantage).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest‑focused approach.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to recommend menu items and upsell.
