Chef De Partie – Kitchen Station Lead

About the role

The Chef De Partie at Roasters Specialty Coffee House will lead a specific kitchen station, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet the brand’s premium standards. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place and execute cooking and plating for assigned station.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory for the station.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menu items that complement specialty coffee offerings.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff in best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar station‑based kitchen role.
• Strong culinary background with a focus on quality, consistency and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple orders and work calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in a specialty café, restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Effective communication, teamwork and a passion for food.
• Relevant culinary education or professional training preferred; food handling certification a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and adhere to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
