Chef De Partie - Tandoor & Curry

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead our Tandoor & Curry station, delivering authentic Indian flavours in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian curry and tandoori dishes.
• Manage the Tandoor & Curry section independently, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Kitchen Manager.
• Train and guide commis chefs as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Indian spices, gravies, and tandoor techniques.
• Experience working in high‑volume restaurant operations.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of food safety standards.
