Chief Commercial Officer – Rigid Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a high‑caliber Commercial Leader to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and improve profitability for a leading rigid packaging business operating in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the commercial growth agenda for the UAE market.
• Expand the business by entering new markets, targeting strategic accounts and leveraging portfolio opportunities.
• Lead the sales organisation, nurture strategic customer relationships and ensure high‑performance delivery.
• Own pricing strategy, contract negotiations, margin management and commercial governance.
• Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management and sales performance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning and NPD to meet customer commitments.
• Build, develop and hold accountable a strong, high‑performing commercial team.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of B2B commercial experience within manufacturing.
• Strong background in rigid plastics, plastic packaging or FMCG packaging (preferred).
• Proven track record managing key accounts and leading sales teams.
• Deep understanding of plant‑based manufacturing environments; pure trading backgrounds are not preferred.
