Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge will lead the concierge team at SLS Dubai, a luxury 5‑star hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of the concierge team and drive guest satisfaction scores on platforms such as TripAdvisor.
• Build and maintain relationships with local restaurants, bars, clubs, theatres and other venues to provide tailored recommendations for guests.
• Ensure accurate reporting of guest incidents, requests and complaints, and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai events, transport options, new openings and hotel facilities, including F&B outlets and spa services.
• Manage purchase orders and supplies for the concierge desk in line with hotel policies.

Required profile

• College degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years experience in a public‑contact role within an upscale or lifestyle‑brand hotel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Friendly, gracious demeanor and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
