Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge leads the concierge team at Destination Hotels in Dubai, delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences. This senior position serves as the primary point of contact for VIP and repeat guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop the concierge team, maintaining consistent service excellence.
• Build strong guest relationships, anticipate needs and provide personalized recommendations and arrangements.
• Coordinate transportation, limousine services, restaurant reservations, sightseeing tours, event bookings and other guest requests.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, attractions and tourism partners to enhance guest experiences.
• Manage daily operations of the concierge desk, handling enquiries, deliveries, packages and information requests efficiently.
• Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly and implement corrective actions to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with front office, guest relations, housekeeping, transportation, security and other departments for seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Membership of Les Clefs d'Or International.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3‑5 years of concierge experience, including 1‑2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues and transportation services.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to serve guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
