Chief Executive Officer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Investment Group based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer who is fluent in Arabic to steer the organisation’s strategic growth and operational excellence across its diversified portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑year business strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion and operational efficiency.
• Lead executive teams, set performance KPIs, nurture a high‑performance culture and oversee talent pipelines.
• Direct capital allocation, budgeting, P&L management and make strategic investment decisions to maximise ROI.
• Represent the Group in senior engagements with government bodies, enterprise clients, joint‑venture partners and financial institutions throughout the UAE and the region.
• Streamline group‑wide operations, establish robust risk‑management frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of senior leadership experience, including proven tenure as CEO, Managing Director or Executive Board Member within a diversified holding or investment group in the GCC/UAE.
• Deep knowledge of UAE market dynamics, regulatory environment and corporate governance.
• Strong track record in P&L ownership, corporate restructuring, M&A oversight and driving both organic and inorganic growth.
• Decisive leadership style with excellent negotiation abilities and high financial literacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering; MBA or equivalent executive master’s degree preferred.
