Chief Financial Officer (Real Estate & Hospitality Developments)

About the role

The Greater Change is a fast‑growing real estate development group in the United Arab Emirates, expanding across residential, hospitality and mixed‑use assets. The company seeks a senior finance leader to shape financial strategy, governance and performance for its ambitious growth pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy, advising the Board and executive team.
• Own full P&L and balance‑sheet accountability, ensuring profitability and capital efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑term financial planning and treasury operations, including cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
• Oversee project financing, banking relationships, debt facilities and escrow compliance.
• Build scalable finance systems, reporting structures and internal‑control frameworks to support audit readiness.
• Evaluate real‑estate and hospitality project feasibility, land acquisitions and development financing.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of senior finance experience, preferably in real‑estate or hospitality development.
• Proven track record of reporting to Boards and managing large, diversified portfolios.
• Experience in corporate finance, treasury, project financing and financial governance.
