Chief of Staff

About the role

Freedx, a newly established cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as the CEO’s extension, driving cross‑functional execution and providing analytical, operational, and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

• Build financial models, scenario analyses and decision‑support materials for the CEO; conduct ad‑hoc commercial, operational and strategic analyses.
• Track CEO‑directed actions, prepare briefings, board materials and external communications.
• Own delivery oversight across product, engineering and operations workstreams; run weekly reviews, milestone tracking and risk escalation.
• Translate CEO priorities into actionable workstreams across operations, finance, marketing, legal and compliance; resolve inter‑departmental friction.
• Build and maintain executive KPI dashboards; produce performance reviews, market analyses and competitive intelligence.
• Drive cross‑departmental coordination for platform launch, investor materials, fundraising logistics and regulatory compliance (e.g., VARA).
• Establish operating rhythm for the CEO office, including reporting cadence, prioritisation framework and decision logs.
• Lead organisational optimisation, strategic planning, OKRs, performance management and partnership sourcing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a generalist in high‑growth, technology‑focused environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to produce financial models and scenario analyses.
• Excellent programme‑management skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication across senior leadership.
• Ability to synthesize data into clear narratives for internal and external audiences.
