Chief Revenue Officer Crypto

About the role

A fast-growing, FCA-regulated crypto custody platform, seeking to become a global retail crypto brand, is recruiting a Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Director and Board member in Dubai. The role reports directly to the CEO and sits on the Board from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the custody ecosystem, from core custody through lending, staking, cards, BNPL, trading and private client services.
• Take full ownership of revenue and pricing across every vertical launched.
• Build partnerships, the platform and international expansion from the ground up.
• Lead marketing and the commercial, partnerships and product-revenue teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years in senior commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in crypto.
• Track record building a multi-product regulated crypto platform (custody, exchange, wallet or lending) at an established brand.
• Strong UK, Middle East and international regulatory knowledge, a clean record and Board-level credibility.
• Nice to have: experience launching staking, yield, card, BNPL or exchange products; high-net-worth or institutional custody experience; multi-jurisdiction licensing or international expansion experience; a network across crypto, fintech and media.

Required skills

• Deep fluency in custody and MPC, segregated versus omnibus structures, exchanges, lenders, staking and yield, OTC, stablecoins and the Travel Rule.
• Understanding of the lessons the industry learned in 2022.

• Base salary of around AED 75,000 per month.
