Chief System Analyst – IT Infrastructure & Services

About the role

The Chief System Analyst – IT Infrastructure & Services will lead the analysis, design, and optimisation of the Authority's IT infrastructure. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure that data centre, network, server and cloud solutions are highly available, secure and scalable to support current operations and future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose improvements for performance and reliability.
• Design and optimise data‑centre, network, server and cloud (Azure/VMware) architectures.
• Develop capacity‑planning, performance‑optimisation and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Analyse system data to identify root causes of complex infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with application and operations teams to provide efficient infrastructure support.
• Prepare analytical reports, technical documentation and architectural blueprints.
• Develop and review infrastructure standards, policies and road‑maps.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Oversee infrastructure‑related projects, budgets and cost‑optimisation activities.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, manage supplier contracts and ensure adherence to ITIL‑based service management frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in IT infrastructure analysis, design or operations.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and align technology solutions with business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on high availability and scalability.
