Civil Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out & Renovation

About the role

Turnkey Projects LLC, a Dubai-based renovation company specialising in high-end residential and commercial renovations, is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor for its interior fit-out and renovation projects. This is not an office-based coordination position; the successful candidate manages day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, materials, quality and on-site programme independently. Only candidates with 2-4 years of hands-on civil site supervision experience in the UAE fit-out/renovation industry will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on-site
• Support project managers in planning and executing work schedules, and create daily/weekly timelines and task lists
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials
• Enforce site safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Keep accurate site records and daily reports, and prepare weekly progress updates for clients
• Participate in site meetings and give timely feedback on project status
• Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters
• Check workmanship against drawings and specifications, and monitor snagging and rectification works
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural and interior works, and follow up on NOCs, building management requirements and access permits
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety, and coordinate works around occupied properties

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on site supervision experience in the UAE interior fit-out/renovation industry
• Experience supervising residential and/or commercial fit-out projects in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period and work on-site in Dubai
• Good English communication skills
• Highly preferred: experience with NOC procedures, and with high-end villas, apartments and commercial fit-outs
