Civil & Structural Site Supervisor – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil / Site Supervisor to lead daily civil and structural activities on a construction site in the UAE. The role involves managing the workforce, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and allocate tasks to manpower, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure all civil and structural works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, shuttering, block work, plastering, and finishing.
• Verify alignment, levels, dimensions, and positioning of structural and architectural elements before and during execution.
• Monitor progress, report daily activities, and manage material usage and site resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor on building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, and finishing.
• Proven ability to supervise manpower and subcontractors on site.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Prior experience in the UAE construction sector is mandatory.
