Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim’s Lifestyle division as a Client Advisor in a luxury fashion environment. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer‑service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through up‑selling, cross‑selling and creative selling techniques.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to guide customers and recommend merchandise.
• Support store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
• Comply with security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Assist customers in locating items across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
