Client Communications Lead

About the role

The Client Communications Lead will oversee all client‑facing communications across the company’s real‑estate projects. This role ensures that customers receive timely, professional, and consistent updates from sales through handover and post‑sales support, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Customer Service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain communication templates for projects, guaranteeing brand‑consistent messaging.
• Manage client communications such as project updates, construction progress alerts, payment reminders, handover notices, and service announcements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, meeting agreed service‑level targets.
• Create and manage communication calendars aligned with project milestones and customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate batch communications, email campaigns, SMS, and broadcast messages.
• Prepare newsletters, project updates, and construction progress reports.
• Support launch of new offers, promotions, and engagement initiatives in partnership with Marketing.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage communication workflows, templates, automated journeys, and customer data.
• Track communication effectiveness and report on performance, feedback, and response times.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Project teams to ensure accurate and aligned messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, customer engagement, CRM, or marketing within a real‑estate developer in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM is essential.
