Client Executive, General Lines – Assistant Vice President

About the role

Marsh UAE is seeking a driven and client‑focused Client Executive, General Lines – Assistant Vice President. This role will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and support strategic discussions to understand needs, risks and priorities.
• Conduct gap analyses on client accounts to identify improvement and growth opportunities, and develop account strategies for retention and revenue growth.
• Manage a portfolio of mid‑ and upper‑corporate clients across multiple industry sectors, supporting design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programmes.
• Oversee renewal planning, ensure timely delivery of service commitments and coordinate day‑to‑day client servicing, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal risk consultants, Health & Benefits and specialist teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute to retention, new business and revenue growth targets, identify cross‑sell opportunities and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 6–8 years of insurance experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in large corporate general lines insurance.
• UAE market experience (advantageous) and Arabic language skills (preferred).
• CII qualification or General Insurance certification.
• Proven sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
