Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will work on‑site in Dubai, handling inbound and outbound calls to promote blu’s smart shower solutions. You will qualify leads, explain product benefits, and guide prospects through the purchasing process while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls to promote shower solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits and basic technical information.
• Qualify leads, follow up on marketing campaigns and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales activities.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear phone conversations.
• Customer service experience to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Proven sales ability to prospect, qualify leads and close deals.
• Quick learner with a willingness to absorb product knowledge and attend training.
• Relevant experience in telesales, call centre or inside sales, preferably in consumer products, hospitality or technology.
• Fluency in English; additional GCC languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Basic computer applications.
