Client Experience & Treatment Executive (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Client Experience & Treatment Executive to serve as the UAE liaison for Van Cleef & Arpels. The role focuses on delivering luxury service excellence, elevating client journeys, and ensuring consistent implementation of regional strategies and Maison standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the UAE liaison for Client Experience & Treatment, deploying regional strategies and Maison standards.
• Coordinate and execute client experience and omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive client engagement through tailored treatment actions, VIP experiences, and local partnerships.
• Oversee gifting programs and client tools, ensuring effective targeting, distribution, and tracking.
• Monitor budgets and operations, including expense tracking, purchase orders, and process coordination.

Required profile

• UAE national with a passion for client experience and luxury service excellence.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and able to elevate client journeys.
• Collaborative, organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Experience in client experience or customer service within luxury or high‑end retail.
• Strong coordination and project management abilities.
• Budget monitoring and expense tracking proficiency.
