Client Lead - Social

About the role

As a Client Lead for the Social team at GEN PLUS Group, you will drive the planning, execution and optimisation of social media strategies for a portfolio of global brands. You will act as the strategic partner for clients, ensuring their online presence builds brand awareness, engages audiences and supports broader marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client.
• Manage and grow client accounts across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate high‑quality content, including blog posts, photos, videos and graphics.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments to foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to align social tactics with brand voice and overall marketing objectives.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in social media or community management.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools to measure and report social performance.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
