Client Relationship Associate

About the role

Rak Bank is looking for a customer‑focused Client Relationship Associate to support its Retail Banking operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling client queries, delivering high‑quality service, and contributing to the efficiency of client‑servicing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Elite clients, managing an assigned portfolio and addressing service requests promptly.
• Conduct outbound interactions (calls or meetings) to maintain engagement and capture feedback for improving Customer Experience and NPS.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities across credit cards, loans, mortgages, investments, wealth products, and bancassurance, and generate qualified leads for Relationship Managers.
• Process customer requests (account services, credit cards, onboarding) within defined turnaround times while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor digital onboarding journeys, manage shared mailbox queries, and resolve complaints and escalations.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, KYC, AML guidelines, and conduct periodic compliance checks.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, product and operations teams, and external partners to support a 360‑degree service delivery.
• Record all interactions in CRM tools and maintain updated trackers for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in banking, client relationship management, or customer service, preferably within HNWI or Priority Banking.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations, Central Bank standards, and AML guidelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
