Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth families, family offices and corporate portfolios in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on expanding the client base and delivering outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) and fund‑selection services across private‑market asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage an existing portfolio of client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and convert prospects into long‑term clients for OCIO and private‑market investment services.
• Advise clients on portfolio construction, risk appetite and investment opportunities in private equity, real estate, private credit, hedge funds, infrastructure and other alternative assets.
• Coordinate with internal investment specialists and custodian banks to structure and deliver tailored products while ensuring compliance with DFSA and KYC requirements.
• Monitor market trends, propose new product ideas and work with the ICL team to develop offerings that meet regulatory criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in relationship management within asset management or private‑market investment services.
• Proven track record of managing a personal client portfolio and generating new revenue.
• Strong understanding of DFSA regulations, KYC processes and international custodial arrangements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors.
