Client Servicing Manager

About the role

The Client Servicing Manager is the operational backbone of the client relationship, working closely with Wealth Advisors to deliver a seamless, high‑touch experience for high‑net‑worth clients. The role handles all administrative, documentation and coordination tasks, allowing advisors to focus on strategy and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day client requests such as statements, transfers, account changes and general queries, acting as a secondary point of contact when the Wealth Advisor is unavailable.
• Coordinate client onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation, account opening forms and regulatory disclosures, and liaise with Compliance and Operations to meet FSRA/ADGM requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records across CRM and portfolio systems, prepare client‑facing materials (portfolio summaries, meeting packs, performance reports) and schedule client meetings, calls and reviews.
• Process and track service requests (deposits, withdrawals, standing instructions), coordinate with custodians, banks and third‑party providers, and ensure audit‑ready files for each client.
• Monitor compliance, flag at‑risk or high‑priority issues to the Wealth Advisor and ensure all interactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in client servicing, relationship support or private banking operations (bank, private bank, wealth/asset manager or family office).
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML onboarding processes for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field preferred; Arabic language skills a plus.
