Clinic Coordinator

About the role

The Clinic Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients visiting the psychology and therapy centre. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while managing the day‑to‑day administrative flow of the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, check them in and handle payment processing, issuing receipts.
• Assist clients with completing insurance claim forms and follow up on missing or late payments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for psychology, counselling, speech‑language and occupational therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies, operate photocopier and support general office duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nursing, Business or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Empathetic, professional communication style with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Discretion in handling sensitive client information.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
