Clinic Helper

About the role

We are looking for a Clinic Helper to join our dynamic team at our Burjuman clinic. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients and visitors while supporting staff with basic hospitality tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties throughout the clinic in line with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards, including mopping floors and cleaning toilets.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to management.
• Assist with ad‑hoc cleaning and minor support tasks for clinic staff.
• Serve tea and coffee to patients and visitors, acting as a friendly hostess.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare setting or similar helper role.
• Good understanding of hygiene and cleaning procedures required in medical facilities.
• Basic communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Physical ability to carry out cleaning and hospitality duties throughout the shift.
