About the role
A prestigious luxury aesthetic and wellness clinic in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager. The clinic has a strong reputation and is located near Yas Mall.
Required profile
- UAE clinic management experience
- Good knowledge of aesthetic and clinical operations
- Strong understanding of DOH regulations and healthcare compliance
- Experience managing multidisciplinary clinical and aesthetic teams
- Excellent understanding of premium patient experience
- Ability to manage clinic performance, targets and operational KPIs
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and well-presented
- Arabic fluency is highly preferred, with excellent English communication and leadership skills
