Clinical Liaison - Orthodontics (Invisalign & Align Digital Workflow)

About the role

Orthodontists are invited to join the Clinical team in Dubai as Clinical Liaison, supporting customers' clinical knowledge of the Invisalign system and the Align digital workflow. Working with commercial and customer support teams, the role provides clinical support and education to a group of customers, helping them build confidence and proficiency in using the clinical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Host and run speaker-led and clinical liaison-led events, and carry out clinical support and education activities under supervision.
• Work cross-functionally to activate and onboard new customers, and sometimes conduct field visits and travel with the commercial team.
• Coordinate Align educational programs and help achieve predefined business goals.
• Manage project and clinical program tasks with general supervision, and recommend new approaches.
• Support university and DSO training; may teach junior specialists and share experience on key projects.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Orthodontics.
• At least two years of experience as an orthodontist.
• Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Legal authorization to work in the UAE; eligibility verified as a condition of hire.

• Effective communication and teamwork, able to work independently and collaboratively.
