Cloud Domain Architect

About the role

A leading technology organization in the UAE is looking for a Cloud Domain Architect to drive enterprise‑level cloud initiatives, migration, application development and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, patterns and governance frameworks.
• Define standards for landing zones, networking, IAM, security, containers, disaster recovery and observability.
• Review high‑level and low‑level cloud designs, infrastructure and DR architectures.
• Provide hands‑on architecture guidance, identify cloud risks and technical debt.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend suitable solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of infrastructure and cloud experience.
• Strong experience in cloud architecture and governance.
• Knowledge of landing zones, networking, security, IAM, containers, DR, observability and IaC.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑scale cloud solutions.
• Cloud architecture certification preferred; experience in government, regulated or large‑enterprise environments is a plus.
