Club General Manager – Fitness & Wellness

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Club General Manager to lead our premium fitness and wellness clubs in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily club operations to ensure high‑quality service for members and staff.
• Recruit, train and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with Arada Fitness & Wellness standards.
• Oversee budgets, monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
• Maintain club facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Inspire and influence the workforce to achieve shared goals and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sports Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in club or fitness‑industry settings.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver results in a customer‑facing environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a passion for the fitness sector.
