Cluster E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

The Cluster E‑Commerce Manager will develop, implement and optimise e‑commerce and digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of hotels within the Accor network in Dubai. The role focuses on maximising online revenue, increasing direct bookings and enhancing the overall digital guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cluster‑wide e‑commerce and digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage hotel websites, ensuring accurate content, attractive offers and an enhanced user experience.
• Drive direct bookings through website optimisation, conversion‑rate optimisation and targeted digital initiatives.
• Monitor traffic, booking patterns and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations and Marketing to optimise online revenue and distribution.
• Oversee performance of OTA and other digital distribution channels and support rate‑parity monitoring.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across search engines, social media and display advertising.
• Prepare monthly e‑commerce performance reports and present insights to hotel leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in E‑Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or online distribution, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical, commercial and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of hotel e‑commerce, direct‑booking strategies and website conversion optimisation.
• Experience with digital campaign management across search, social and display platforms.
