Cluster Facilities & Services Officer

About the role

The Cluster Facilities & Services Officer will manage facilities and general services at a base school and provide relief support to other schools within the Aldar Education cluster. Reporting to the Associate Director Operations, the role ensures compliance with Aldar Education directives and delivers a high‑quality service culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver facilities and general services at the assigned school and act as a reliever for other schools as needed.
• Maintain school facilities to Aldar Education standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety.
• Oversee accommodation, purchasing, contracting and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with operations leaders to align priorities, share resources and uphold consistent standards across the cluster.
• Manage external service teams, ensure health & safety compliance, and act as Incident Commander for critical incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mid‑level facilities or services role, preferably in education.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure and manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
