Cluster People & Culture Officer

About the role

The Cluster People & Culture Officer supports day‑to‑day HR operations across two hotels in the Colbert Collection, ensuring efficient administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role contributes to a positive workplace culture and an engaging team member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily People & Culture operations across both properties.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks and candidate documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain confidential team member records, personnel files and HR system information.
• Prepare employment letters, certificates, contracts, HR correspondence and other documentation.
• Support probation reviews, performance management, transfers, promotions and other team member movements.
• Assist with attendance, leave, payroll‑related documentation and employee data changes.
• Respond to team member inquiries regarding policies, benefits, leave and general People & Culture matters.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and People & Culture activities across both hotels.
• Coordinate with Government Relations regarding visas, Emirates IDs, medicals and other employment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, UAE Labour Law and local regulations.
• Assist in preparing People & Culture reports, trackers, presentations and monthly statistics.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
• Support People & Culture projects and other duties assigned by the Cluster People & Culture leadership team.
