Cluster Reservations Agent

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Fairmont Dubai as a Cluster Reservations Agent, delivering warm and sincere telephone service that creates lasting memories for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Apply FRHI pricing strategies and revenue management principles.
• Manage reservations, block inventory, chase rooming lists, and handle group billing instructions.
• Understand group management policies, cut‑off dates, and booking procedures.
• Convert telephone inquiries into sales and maximize room revenue through upselling.
• Support revenue management by selling directed rates and applying RM tools such as Opera PMS.
• Maintain accurate data entry and ensure guest satisfaction standards are met.
• Stay conversant with all market segments, rate plans, and distribution channels.
• Assist the Cluster Reservation Manager with ad‑hoc projects and departmental policies.

Required profile

• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Previous reservations experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional language is a plus.
• Calm and courteous under intense, changing conditions.

Required skills

• Opera Property Management System (Opera PMS).
• Microsoft Windows applications.
