Cluster Reservations Supervisor

About the role

Join InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi as a Cluster Reservations Supervisor, overseeing reservations for both the hotel and residences. You will ensure accurate booking handling while delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily reservations operations, guaranteeing accurate and efficient booking processing.
• Lead and support the reservations team to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Monitor room availability, rates, booking patterns and forecasts to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Process reservations, amendments, cancellations and guest requests promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests and reservation-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Support team training, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of reservation procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of room inventory management, rate structures and revenue optimisation.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Guest‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
