About the role
The Cluster Revenue Analyst will support the revenue management team for the Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, helping to maximise room revenue across the cluster while ensuring data accuracy and system automation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing room inventory, authorisations, rates and restrictions.
- Prepare competitive analyses and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
- Execute month‑end revenue management reporting, auditing and forecasting.
- Generate and update property and market revenue reports, serving as the primary source for analytical needs.
- Maintain the reservation system, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand and running daily checks.
- Support training of new associates on revenue‑management tools.
- Implement hotel sales strategies within reservation and inventory systems.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant revenue‑management or hospitality experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation and revenue management systems.
- Basic analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to handle data entry, system checks and routine audits.
