Coiled Tubing Operator

About the role

The Coiled Tubing Operator will support coiled tubing operations at on‑shore oilfield well sites, ensuring safe and environmentally compliant execution of pipeline services and equipment mobilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior operators in performing all coiled tubing field operations following ADNOC Drilling and client procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance checks and basic maintenance of coiled tubing equipment, reporting faults and required repairs.
• Participate in toolbox meetings, risk assessments and ensure all activities are covered by procedures.
• Support internal training of field personnel and maintain professional relationships with client site representatives.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (12 years) with a focus on English, Mathematics or science, or a high‑school diploma plus a coil‑tubing training certificate.
• At least 2 years of practical mechanical experience as an Operator Assistant, including fault finding and equipment repair.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
