Commercial Assistant

About the role

RENECO is seeking a Commercial Assistant to support contract administration, commercial coordination, reporting, and business development across its conservation projects in Morocco and Kazakhstan. The role will ensure commercial activities are tracked, documented, and aligned with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain records of contracts, amendments, and project‑related commercial documentation.
• Monitor contractual milestones, invoicing requirements, payment schedules and alert teams to risks or missing documents.
• Update commercial databases, activity trackers and coordinate follow‑up actions between internal stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial reports, dashboards and performance tracking materials for management review.
• Support the preparation and formatting of proposals, quotations, presentations and other commercial documentation.
• Collect and organise information for business‑development submissions and track ongoing opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial support, sales administration, contract administration or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
