Commercial Coordinator – Italian Market

About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Commercial Coordinator to support our Italian market operations from our Dubai office. You will work closely with the Commercial Leader and sales team to ensure smooth commercial processes and exceptional client experiences across regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial Leader and sales team in daily commercial activities.
• Handle client correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service standards.
• Maintain and update commercial databases, CRM systems, and client records.
• Facilitate communication between operations, reservations, and sales teams.
• Process invoices, supplier documentation, and operational requests in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, travel operations, DMCs, or commercial coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
