Commercial Director - Agency Sales

About the role

Affle is looking for a senior commercial leader to build and scale its agency business across the region for Ultra and Newton, two performance marketing businesses. The role owns strategic agency relationships, leads revenue growth and drives the commercial strategy, based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy and agency revenue growth for Ultra and Newton in the region, and set direction for agency growth, revenue planning, pipeline development and forecasting.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior leaders across major agency groups, and identify new markets, partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Drive large and complex commercial opportunities from prospecting through closure, and lead high-value negotiations.
• Position Ultra and Newton as preferred partners for performance-led mobile advertising solutions, and create long-term account growth strategies for key agency partnerships.
• Work with Product, Client Success, Operations and leadership teams to align commercial priorities with business delivery, bringing market intelligence and customer feedback into product and business discussions.
• Support and mentor the commercial team and help build a strong sales culture.

Required profile

• 10-15 years of experience in senior commercial or agency sales roles within AdTech, digital advertising, performance marketing or media.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling revenue in a regional or international market.
• Strong senior-level relationships across major media agencies and agency holding groups.
• Experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing or a global AdTech business is strongly preferred.
