About the role

Our client, a diversified organization, is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities, strengthen customer relationships and drive profitability. The role works closely with senior leadership to align commercial initiatives with the company’s long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that support business growth.
• Manage key customer relationships and lead commercial negotiations.
• Evaluate commercial risks and opportunities across the business.
• Lead pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
• Monitor commercial performance against agreed KPIs.
• Support tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Finance on commercial planning and forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Lead commercial reporting and executive presentations.
• Support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and mentor commercial team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of commercial management experience.
• Strong understanding of contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience preparing commercial business cases.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
