About the role
The Commis 3 supports the culinary team at the Bulgari Resort in Dubai by preparing ingredients, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. This entry‑level position is essential for delivering the high‑quality food standards expected by the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, chop, and store ingredients, including washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Weigh, measure, mix, and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, and test foods for proper cooking.
- Monitor food quality, set‑up and break down work stations, and serve food in correct portions.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tools, knives, and equipment, and ensure appliance temperatures are correct.
- Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting any hazards or incidents.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
