Commis Chef – Hotel Kitchen Team

About the role

We are looking for a Commis Chef to join the culinary team at Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City. You will support the smooth operation of the kitchen and help deliver a high‑quality dining experience for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring all guest dining experiences meet the hotel’s standards.
• Collaborate with the team to control costs, manage inventory and achieve productivity targets.
• Maintain compliance with legislation, internal policies and audit requirements.
• Build effective working relationships while promoting the company’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Pro‑active, hands‑on approach with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication, listening and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle changing service environments and challenging priorities.

• Basic culinary techniques and food preparation.
• Understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
