About the role

Join the culinary team at Accor Plus in Abu Dhabi as a Commis II. You will work side‑by‑side with the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef, preparing high‑quality dishes that delight our guests.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Chef de Partie, Demi Chef and Commis I in preparing mise‑en‑place for all menu items.
Produce and distribute food items according to standard recipes and hotel requirements.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, adhering to HACCP regulations.
Participate in meetings and training sessions organized by hotel management.
Control costs and meet production deadlines.

Required profile

Formal culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
Minimum 2 years experience as a commis chef in a large international‑class hotel.
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
